From: Paul in Kearny -AZ
Hello Professor,
I am in a relationship of having a friend, but not a lover or mate. I want to leave this situation and think, the only reason I don't is because, you don't leave a friend. How can I leave without feeling Guilty? She is my friend, but is way too controlling.
Can you suggest something to say that will make parting NOT so much sorrow? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You, Paul P.S. "What Happened"
Paul,
Let me get this straight. You have a friend (female?) that isn’t a lover, but is way too controlling to continue the friendship?
It sounds like you are desperate for friends- so get out more often. As for leaving your “friend”- just get on the bus Gus.
Perhaps you could find female friend that can get you all tangled up in a sexual relationship and join legions of guys in the unending crusade to determine- What Happened?
